South Peninsula Hospital’s Long Term and Extended Care facility offers skilled nursing care to loved ones needing short term rehabilitation or more complete long-term care. The modern facility has all the comforts of home, including state of the art medical care. We have a newly remodeled and expanded facility of 4,693 sq. ft. complete with 28 beds, We maintain a homey atmosphere while providing our residents with skilled nursing and medical care.

Comforts of Home
The homelike environment features a fireplace, dining area and dayroom with a spectacular view of Kachemak Bay. Residents are encouraged to personalize their room with artwork, decorations, plants and other keepsakes to make them feel comfortable. Residents and family enjoy holiday functions, monthly candle light dinners and organized activities.

Everything You Need
Amenities include a whirlpool tub, a van for outings, personal massage, hairdresser, harp therapy and more. Onsite medical professionals include a geriatrician, occupational therapist, trained nursing staff, pharmacist, dietitian, and a full service hospital next door.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Have your photo ID, insurance card, and any relevant medical records ready for our front desk team.
