Services: Outpatient orthopedic, physical and occupational therapy is offered at this location, primarily offering treatments as follows: orthopedic (shoulder, hip, knee, back, neck, ankle, foot etc.); post-surgery; hand therapy; pelvic floor; lymphedema; vertigo.

Services: Rehabilitation services at this location include speech therapy (for adult and children); pediatric occupational and physical therapy; individuals receiving multiple therapies after a stroke, head injury, Parkinson’s, neurological, etc.; acute care patients and nursing home residents; job function testing/pre-work screenings and functional capacity evaluations.

We accept all insurances including Medicare, Medicaid, Tri-Care, BlueCross and Denali Kid Care. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Have your photo ID, insurance card, and any relevant medical records ready for our front desk team.
